REGISTRATION

 

Registration is prioritized on a first come, first serve basis. There are a total of 134 rooms at the venue, and once these rooms are booked no further registration will be possible. Early bird registration is therefore strongly encouraged.

Celebrating SASPs 50th anniversary, registration will include free society membership for 2026. If you do not want to become a SASP member you can still register for the conference, but will not receive the membership rebate of 500 NOK.

​

The price for the hotel and meals is 6,764 NOK and will be added to the conference fee. This includes:

• Two nights at the hotel May 20-22

• Three course dinner on the May 20

• Breakfast, lunch and Gala dinner on May 21

• Breakfast and lunch on May 22.

                  1,300 NOK, including lunch.

Regular conference registration (includes SASP membership for 2026), May 21-22:

Trainee (Masters, PhD or Post Doctoral student) or Patient representative:

Early bird: 4,500 NOK (until March 18, 2026)

Late registration: 5,500 NOK (after March 18, 2026)

Early bird: 5,500 NOK (until March 18, 2026)

Late registration: 6,500 NOK. (after March 18, 2026)

Conference registration without SASP membership, May 21-22:

Late registration: 6,000 NOK (after March 18, 2026)
